Our search engine also comes with some advanced capabilities to help you find exactly what you're looking for. These capabilities are best shown with a few examples:

Translated: require bga, require x-ray

Finds "bga", "bga x-ray", and "x-ray for bga inspection".

Translated: forbid x-ray, require bga

Finds "bga", "bga inspection", and lowercase "bga".
Does not find "x-ray for bga" nor "BGA x-ray".

Translated: prefer CGI, require scripts

Finds "x-ray", "x-ray for bga", and "bga".
Documents with both terms appear higher in the list.

Translated: require the phrase "BGA x-ray"

Finds "BGA x-ray".
Does not find "bga x-ray" nor "x-ray for bga".

Translated: require bga (case insensitive), require words starting with "inspect"

Finds "bga inspection", "BGA inspection", "bga inspector".
The asterisk is a wildcard representing any four or fewer characters.

Translated: require inspection (case sensitive), require pipe, forbid bga, prefer non-destructive

First lists "pipe inspection", then "non-destructive inspection".
Does not list uppercase "pipe inspection", nor forbidden "bga inspection".

Translated: ignores common words like where, is, and the - requires words containing "inspect"

Finds "inspect", "inspection", and "inspector".
To suppress the ignore feature, use quotes, as in "Where is the *inspect*?".
